What I do

Across the whole IT stack

Running IT for a multi-branch retail group with a small team, I cover everything from the cash register to the server room — and personally build the software in between.

Retail systems & POS

Deploy and support ARMS & IRS POS systems across 100+ outlets, with structured user-ID and stock-adjustment access control, plus SOP training for users.

Infrastructure & networking

LAN/WAN setup, ZeroTier VPN remote access, router configuration, server monitoring, CCTV/RTSP surveillance, and backup & recovery.

Systems development

Laravel & MySQL internal workflow systems — designing role-based approval flows, controlled status transitions, and structured reporting.
